Trial Periods: If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial.
Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: Due to the immediate computing resources consumed by AI generation, all subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.
For custom AI-based web applications, custom website design, or ongoing digital marketing (SEO, ad management) services:
Milestone Payments: Fees are broken down into specific project milestones. Once a milestone is approved by the client and the work is delivered, the payment for that milestone is non-refundable.
Deposit Fees: Upfront setup or deposit fees are non-refundable as they secure engineering and marketing resources.
Project Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a custom project midway, you will only be billed for the hours logged or milestones completed up to the date of written cancellation notice.
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis under extraordinary circumstances (e.g., severe technical platform outages that prevent service delivery for extended periods). If you believe you qualify for an exception, please email computifitech@gmail.com within 14 days of the disputed transaction with your account details and reasoning.
